Please welcome my friend, Mitch Renda, to the podcast! Mitch is the co-founder of Ten27 Group, which is a Midwest based Real Estate Private Equity group. Ten 27 focuses heavily on moderate to heavy value-add projects (both cosmetic and operational) across the target markets of Cincinnati, Columbus and Dayton. Mitch and I have a great conversation about what he has learned from a poor experience with his first property management company, and how his team was able to pivot and get the property back in shape. Mitch also reveals what it is like to partner with his brother and the ways that he keeps his faith and family first. I love how he mentioned prioritizing "mini-sabbaths" with his wife.
