Dr. Luke Dollar, researcher and professor, joins the show to talk about his work with various big cat species across the world. Sam and Cody talk with Dr. Dollar about his research background working with the Florida Panther, and the Fossa. Dr. Dollar is credited as an Explorer with National Geographic and has worked to catalog and collect scientific data on various large cat species across the globe, and he shares some of his work with Sam and Cody in this episode. Dr. Dollar discusses the importance of human/wildlife conflict mitigation and habitat protection. Dr. Dollar also discusses his work at Catawba College and the concept of Ecopreneurship and broadening a student's learning to enhance thier performance on the job. Sam and Cody spend some time talking about the subtle differences between white bass and white perch and the spawning runs of these fish.
