Join Bryn the Hunter as she travels through the dark prehistoric fantasy world she calls home. Wonder and danger alike await in the wilderness! She is on a personal quest to find some sort of domestic animal that she can shepherd back home, after an impossibly huge lizard devoured her community's goat flock. She is accompanied by the hapless goatherd boy Domnhall as they struggle to find their way in a land unadorned by roads or connected civilization.
