A fairway wood or a Hybrid club, with the weight at the bottom and large sole plate, are perfect for scraping along the sand and getting your ball out and advanced from a fairway bunker. This week Jeff Smith, one of Golf Magazines Top 100 Teachers, explains how when and how to use a fairway wood or a Hybrid club out of a fairway bunker. He also explains how to properly use the Hybrid clubs and fairway woods from both the rough and the fairway.
