Liz Crain is a huge part of my hometown Portland, Oregon’s food scene. When I was kid, food and restaurants there were kinda… eh. Now, though? That place can compete and win with places like New York, Madrid, and even Paris. Yeah, that’s right, Pierre, I said it!
