In this episode, I interviewed Rachel Krentzman. At age 16, Rachel was diagnosed with scoliosis. At 32 she suffered a herniated disc and was told she would have to modify her activities for the rest of her life – instead, Rachel is now a walking testimonial for how yoga can be used therapeutically to heal your back pain. Rachel is a licensed physical therapist and yoga therapist. She offers international workshops and teacher training in Yoga for a Happy Back and Yoga Therapy. She has recently completed her Hakomi Psychotherapy Certification and is passionate about exploring the mind and emotional connection to physical pain and disease.
