This is one I've been excited about for A WHILE! I think I booked Richard Rothstein about 3 months out.  I read the book "The Color of Law" about 3 years ago and I LOVE IT! A great story of how the U.S. Government enacted racist policies that helped to widen a racial wealth gap that has has yet to be remedied.

“Today’s residential segregation in the North, South, Midwest, and West is not the unintended consequence of individual choices and of otherwise well-meaning law or regulation but of unhidden public policy that explicitly segregated every metropolitan area in the United States.”
