Episode 17: A Real Rain

The unsub is shooting his victims, stabbing a knife into their brain through their ear, and blindfolding them. The investigation eventually reveals the unsub is a vigilante killer, and the team has to hunt him down before he kills again. Plus, Tanner regales you with horrific tales of the Toolbox Killers, the Mad Bomber and the Subway "Vigilante."
