Founded by Raleigh-based lawyer and serial entrepreneur Morgan Davis, Davis Legal is a full-service boutique law firm specializing in cannabis law and policy, serving entrepreneurs, politicians and brands.
From legal planning, regulatory support, corporate guidance, and compliance strategies, Morgan Davis has built a name locally and nationally as a lawyer and entrepreneur reshaping the cannabis industry. Morgan Davis is the Co-founder of Compendium Complete, the owner of a comprehensive database created for cannabis industry stakeholders, ancillary service providers and legal professionals. Morgan also serves as the- Industry Liaison of the CBD Association, a 501(c)(6) non-profit trade association promoting the CBD & Cannabinoid industries worldwide.

A total boss babe, Morgan Davis was a successful trial attorney when, burned out by the corporate legal structure, she started Davis Legal as the 2018 Farm Bill opened the floodgates for the federal legalization of CBD and hemp products. Seeing brands entering the cannabis industry without the proper protections and compliance, Morgan focused her firm on helping any cannabis brand, entrepreneur or company hoping to legitimize themselves within the space to be compliant, and legally protected. She works closely groups of entrepreneurs and female entrepreneurs both locally and within the national CBD industry, providing resources for legal compliance and formation.

Outside of cannabis law, Morgan is a Co-owner of Oak Health Institute, a medspa startup specializing in hormone replacement therapy, sexual health, anti-aging and athletic performance optimization.
