Francesca Vavala is President of The Sales Joint, a cannabis sales business that helps craft growers stay competitive in all markets through professional sales. With five years in the cannabis industry, Francesca and her business partner Mike productized their IP that created major success with farms across the country in the cannabis industry. They provide a weekly, state-specific-buyers guide built from conversations with dispensaries and create sales training tools and workshops for subscribers.

She also runs Terrapin Select, a CBD resale company that is focused on quality education and products. She is in the midst of writing her first book, a memoir style collection of essays about her life with and the death of her conjoined twin. Francesca can be found on stages speaking to cannabis community members about how professional sales can save craft cannabis. She likes to stay busy until she crashes. Then she loves staying in pajamas and hanging out with podcasts, books, crime shows, her pets, and her husband. She thinks the height of luxury is eating pizza in a hotel bed and finds life far too short for all she wants to do. When she needs to slow herself down, she savors solitary, long walks in Wilmington Delaware, which she calls home. Francesca hates writing bios and hopes this suffices :)
