There is Hope in the Land

Pastor Walt Thinks Out Loud and asks what is contributing to the lack of hope in the land? Well, most people don’t know why the church exists or what is the purpose of the church. Pastor Walt tells us that the mission of the church is the Great Commission, and intergenerational discipleship is the goal of the church. Many people say there are a number of reasons they don’t go to church. Pastor Walt tells us of a few … they don't find a loving, serving community, they don’t see the active role of the Holy Spirit, they don’t see the seeking of the power of God, they don’t hear sound Biblical teachings, they don’t hear testimonies, they don’t see the passion for God. they don’t see a Biblical worldview. The church needs to offer all the things people say they don’t experience at church, and then, there will be hope in the land.
