Episode 080 - Stop waiting for the sky to fall and Start looking for Opportunity

With interest rates increasing and home prices going down, some people are insisting that the sky is falling in the Real Estate industry. So many people are still spooked from what happened in 2008 that they’re missing the true story of what’s happening and the opportunities that are still out there to create wealth and legacy through real estate. The truth is that we’re coming out of an over-inflated market where homes were going for way over what they were worth, and interest rates were so low that they could expect to sell those houses for those inflated prices. Now that things are stabilizing, of course prices are coming down! What this all means is that there is so much opportunity out there to think outside the box and create situations where everybody comes out on top. It’s a sneak peak to what the market can do for you if you have the Limitless mindset!
