As agents, we work hard to help our clients find the right kind of house that will fit their needs. The commission we make off of that purchase is a huge motivator to put in all that work. Working toward that commission tends to give us tunnel vision on what we as agents can do for our clients. The reality of our business is that the bigger the problems you can solve for your clients with those outside the box solutions, the more your income will be and the more net worth you’ll accumulate.
