Bernardo Carreira, the guest, has made a strong impact in his pursuit of manufacturing ‘shoes of hemp’, which are the first of their kind and eco-friendly. Bernardo Duque Carreira is now the Founder and CEO at 8000kicks, the world’s first shoe brand, making quality hemp footwear durable and water-repellent.  Bernardo had always been fascinated with the idea of sustainability. As a result, the shoes are the world’s first kind to have insoles made exclusively from hemp. Plus, its other upcycled elements make them ultimately environmentally- friendly.
