Over the last six years, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia has seen an accelerated pace of change that has impacted Saudi professionals, and Saudi female professionals in particular. As part of Vision 2030, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia launched a number of initiatives aimed increasing the percentage of women employed in leadership positions.
