Tips  to avoid burnout: Limiting social media, food & exercises &  sleep, practicing gratitude, setting boundaries at work, take breaks,  have a support system (Mentor, Coach, Friends, Therapist...etc).

Sources  of burnout at work: workload, lack of contribution, lack of reward,  toxic community, lack of fairness, your Job and organization not  matching your values.

Actions  to take when burned-out: leave your job, develop myself to avoid  stress, sharing issue with manager, threaten to leave, track progress,  identify root cause.
