Hello lovely ladies! I hope you have been well and safe under the chaotic state of our world right now. This is a short and sweet, to the point kind of podcast. Obviously there are scores of tips one could apply to relieve stress and anxiety during rough periods including increasing exercise, eating clean, and mental positive exercises, but I wanted to share a few tips that aren't as common and that have personally impacted my life during the stressful period of this COVID pandemic.
