The current COVID pandemic has turned a lot of football on its head. Celtic are imploding, Livingston are pushing for Europe and the lower leagues of the SPFL may not even finish their league campaigns.


However, one thing that does seem to have remained immune to something as drastic as a global pandemic are Derek McInnes' Aberdeen side. And that's a problem.


Despite everything that's going on in Scottish football, the Dons seem to be sleepwalking to third or fourth place under their long-time manager, as stagnation looks to have well and truly took hold at Pittodrie.
