Long-time Cisco CEO John Chambers now leads JC2, a venture capital firm he founded, and is backing with his own money. Along with his son John (formerly of Netflix and Walmart's e-commerce business) and veteran communications director Shannon Pina, JC2 invests in early stage companies ranging from drone makers to food companies pioneering the world's first cricket snacks.
