We sat down with Cindy Eckert, Founder and CEO of Sprout, the company that helped launch Addyi, a drug that addresses hypoactive (low) sexual desire disorder - a.k.a. HSDD - in women.

After selling her company to Valeant for $1 billion in cash, because she thought the company would "march [her drug] across the world and get it into the hands of women who need it," she watched as Valeant fell apart and management went back on their promises.

Now she is back as CEO and working to get Addyi to all the women that need it.

She also took her billion dollars and started The Pink Ceiling, an incubator - a "pinkubator" to be exact - that helps female biotech startups.

Listen to the clip above and hear Eckert's enthusiasm as she crusades for both the thousands of women with low sexual drive and female entrepreneurs.
