Scott Mikesh has a passion for creativity and wellness, and a background in psychology, design, communications, and fitness. He is continually driven to inspire and empower individuals to live well and achieve their goals in healthful and creative ways.

He’s worked in Marketing & Communications for nearly 20 years as a brand strategist, digital designer, and copywriter for both corporate and non-profit businesses, providing creative leadership and communication strategies for employee wellness, culture change,and D.E.I. initiatives. At present he is also the principal and founder of 4D Fit.
