014 - Listening To Your Inner Self For A Life You Love - With Jessica Valor

In today's episode of Turning Lemons Into Lemonade, I interviewed Jessica Valor. Jessica's story started with an attempt to take her own life, and a very clear near death experience.  At that time, she knew she was destined for more.  But it took her another 3 years to actually make the switch. Jessica's story continued with a tale that is not terribly uncommon - but maybe a bit more extreme.  Jessica was in a corporate job complete with verbal and emotional abuse.  One day, she was on the road between appointments and had taken another round of scoldings - and she pulled over to the side of the road and turned in her resignation - effective immediately.  Despite having NO plan, she knew she just couldn't go on in this role another day.  This led to her losing her savings, and her home, and really having to start from scratch - but having the ability to build a business she really was passionate about.
