010 - How the BEST business coach may NOT be the best fit for your business right now!

In this solo episode of Turning Lemons Into Lemonade, I tell you about how I hired my first business coach and our experience together and after two years together, it was time to part ways and find someone more suited to where I was in my business at that time. This episode covers the tough to talk about topic - whether or not a business coach is truly a fit. First of all - I believe that ALL businesses that really want to grow and scale need either a coach or a mastermind group to help hold them accountable and to help them get clarity and context when we get stuck in our businesses! No matter how brilliant you are - when you're in the middle of your own stuff, you often can't see the best or clearest path to achievement/success! (Or you're in the middle of the forest, and you can't see through the trees.)
