Hypnosis has been called by many names over the years, such as being mesmerized or mesmerism in the 1700, and hypnosis or being hypnotized in the 1800’s which is still being used today to describe our natural trance abilities.  If I had enough influence I would simply call it trance or pondering, and I explain why in this show.  Trance or pondering is what it is called in the Bible, as it is described as pondering and meditation.  Pondering would be hypnosis and mediation would be hypnotherapy, or thinking deeply in a meditative trance state upon our lives for solutions to our problems and behaviors. It is to be a state of enlightenment and understanding, gaining wisdom in our decisions and actions.
