About an hour south of Montreal, you'll find Vincent and his crew hard at work creating a variety of easy to drink spirits made from scratch using the finest local ingredients. They took over a magnificent early 20th century building in downtown Granby and converted it into a distillery and a beautiful cocktail bar. In this interview, co-founder and distiller Vincent talks about how a highly illegal idea turned into a place that will eventually produce whiskey.
