The residents of Notre-Dame-de-Grace in Montreal finally have a beer store to call their own. Sainte Bière opened exactly one year before this interview and has gained a loyal following. As well, they partnered with Microbrasserie Labrosse to create a beer that can be found exclusively at the store. Not a beer fan? They've also got great coffee and sauces.
