Located in Salaberry-de-Valleyfield, Distillerie 3 Lacs is a micro-distillery that specializes in citrus gin. Last year, their first RTD "ready to drink", the Pink Lemonade, became a smash hit. In this interview, co-founder and co-owner Mathieu goes in depth about their branding, their mobile bar, and their plans for the future.
