ABI Interviews Linda and Crawford of Falcon Brewing Company

Part 2 of our 4-part tour of the Durham Region takes us to Ajax, Ontario. Falcon Brewing Company started out as Stouffville Brewing Co. in 2013, with their Red Falcon Ale at the LCBOs and Beer Stores. The rebranding to Falcon Brewing was done in 2016 and its current brewery opened in 2017. Ever since, the lucky people of Ajax have enjoyed a great hangout spot with a fantastic rotation of crushable beers.
