Some of you might know Jean-François "Jef" Fortin because of the thrash metal band Anonymus. In 2016, he partnered up with Patrick Martin (Reanimator) and Janie Dallaire with the shared dream of starting a brewpub. A year later, they opened Le Fermentor in the oldest building in L'Assomption! In this interview, Jef talks about why it's a good idea to start with a SMaSH as your first homebrew, and much more!
