ABI Interviews François Pouliot of Verger Hemmingford

Out of the ashes of La face cachée de la pomme/Domaine Neige came Verger Hemmingford and the LE CIDRE line of amazing ciders. Using his experience from over 25 years of making ciders and backed by a legion of loyal fans, François intends on (re)conquering the market. He did play, after all,  a major role in the creation of the ice cider.
