Naomi Damask is a certified holistic health coach and nine years ago heard the three dreaded words no one wants to hear. "You have cancer." Not only did she have one tumor, but she had 2 invasive tumors. Naomi was in her 30's with no family history of breast cancer and felt she was in good health because she was active as a runner and not overweight. She thought she was eating right and doing all the right things. The diagnosis made her examine her lifestyle. Naomi had to take an honest look at what role she played in her cancer. She looked at her medical history, her social life and her mental health. She learned how to be her own advocate in her cancer and health journey. 

Today, she has no evidence of cancer and is healthier now than she has ever been. This journey made her realize that there is little to no education for women on a preventative lifestyle and it is now her mission to help women learn simple changes they can make for optimal health.
