In today’s episode of Toxin Terminator, Aimee is joined by Tommy Markov. He is a Functional Nutrition Coach and Health Educator who utilizes an individualized approach with each of his clients to optimize their health and live a happier life.

Tommy's clients seek him out for issues ranging from weight loss, gut health and digestive issues, whole body detoxification, chronic disease management, intermittent fasting, improving stress resilience, uncomplicating relationships with food, healthy aging and disease prevention.

Despite his own personal struggles, or perhaps because of them, Tommy is able to live a healthy fulfilled and regret-free life making a living doing what he is most passionate about. Now at age 45 and finding himself in better health and shape then when he was in his 30's, Tommy knows a thing or two about perseverance and overcoming setbacks.

He joins us on our show today to tell us a bit about his journey and how he is partnering with others in achieving their health and wellness goals. You'll hear what was the turning point in his life to lose 120lbs. And he's sharing with us how he created a future for his life through food, navigating the misinformation, and removing the toxins in his foods!
