Then, they discuss the lawsuit the A’s filed against the California Department of Toxic Substance Control for LACK of pollution regulation against the West Oakland Port steel company Schnitzer Steel. We lay out how it affects the West Oakland residents, the A’s Howard Terminal Stadium plans and what the A’s motive is behind this lawsuit.
