A-SPAN strives to end homelessness in Arlington through housing and ongoing case management. During the cold winter months an already tough situation becomes very dangerous for those living on the streets. Terrance Toussaint Senior Director of Programs talked about A-SPAN’s work to combat hypothermia and also the broader mission to end homelessness in the county.
