RANTZ: In under a week, 3rd/Pine in Seattle saw 2 fatal shootings, 3 stabbings & 1 carjacking. The mayor then announced a hasty plan that isn't ready for primetime. But there aren't enough cops for the plan & 9 of 16 suspects already released from jail.

GOV. INSLEE IN SEATTLE: @GovInslee is touting his homeless plan that would cost more than $800 mil. I only had time for a couple questions. But I asked him about all the illegal activity on 3rd Ave in downtown. Here’s what he had to say.

This unspeakable tragedy was avoidable. The Legislature must end the Sanctuary State immediately.
