111. Diana Wright

LA native Diana Wright is a writer among other things, a fantastic one to boot, who's work you can hear/read in such popular mobile games as Star Trek: Fleet Command and The Simpsons: Tapped Out aka made-for-mobile iterations of my childhood.. wonderful! With a background in improv and sketch comedy, my guest's more recent contribution to Frequency 101 (the audio only version of Channel 101) was a kick-ass show she co-created with Annie Girard, called CAVEMAN COVE.

I regret not exploring my fascination with writing and the 'writer's room' more in the past, having had all kinds of splendid writers on this podcast before. It is a newer fascination of mine and Diana was kind enough to take me on my first mega journey into it. Most importantly we get to know Diana, growing up, becoming a writer and how she and her (also a writer) husband are doing work-wise, during such things as a.. y'know... pandemic. This episode features some sweet Kitchener-Waterloo & Toronto indie rock and a full episode of Caveman Cove! Enjoy!
