In this episode, I'm talking with Joseph Gerstel, CEO of Get Some Class, which provides remote team-building events for lawyers, introducing fun and laughter into a high-pressured and intense environment.
Joseph started off as a lawyer himself and got to a point where he realised that he'd been forced down a route he didn't want to go down and wasn't enjoying himself. The enforced lockdown caused by the pandemic opened up an opportunity for Joseph to step into a new space and, what started as an experiment in his own firm, has now flourished into an International Business.
This is one of those great conversations where, in addition to his story and reflections on business, Joseph and I get into some very deep and philosophical concepts including topics such as:
how do you collaborate with others without risking your own identity?
the importance of getting comfortable with uncertainty; and
