In this episode, I'm talking with Sanjay Aeron, a serial entrepreneur with over thirty years of experience with starting up and successfully running businesses across the globe.

Sanjay embarked upon his entrepreneurship journey in a mid-sized town in Northern Part of India. Now based in Canada, his business ventures have expanded into multiple countries across Asia, America, and Europe. He is a staunch believer of having organized, purposeful structures in place that set lateral thinking into motion.

In our conversation, Sanjay shares with us his warts-and-all journey as an entrepreneur, detailing the failures and challenges he's faced, as well as the successes.
