In this episode, I'm talking with Laurent Notin, who is an entrepreneur coach and start-up mentor.

Originally from France, Laurent moved out to Laos and Cambodia, developing his question-asking skills as a Market Researcher and then his business skills when he was asked to run the whole Laotian agency.

Many years later, Laurent now finds himself in Helsinki and is dedicated to helping small business owners and entrepreneurs get the best chance in their business life. Usually by helping them get out of their own way.

In our conversation, we cover such subjects as:

How to Create Great Questions;
The Different Types of Entrepreneurs;
The 4 Stages of Entrepreneurship; and
The Power of Feeling Stupid

He also shares his love for Cross-Fit and how it helped him to recover from a period of extreme burnout.
