In this episode, I'm talking with Rael Bricker, international speaker, author and someone who works with business leaders to create rich and robust cultures - with measurable results.

Rael has had a portfolio career, including marketing, training, mergers and acquisitions and venture capitalism. Born in South Africa, now living in Western Australia, Rael's career started out as a junior engineer at an international mining house where the rigid hierarchical nature of the company automatically created division amongst the workforce.

However, a single, notable event on a works trip turned everything on its head for Rael and sparked his interest in organisational culture.

In our conversation, we talk about such subjects as:

How culture is a combination of ethics, values, people and communication
how people can get it so right and, at the same time, so wrong; and
maintaining that culture when everyone is working from home.

It's also interesting to note how the most successful and confident of people can still suffer from imposter syndrome.
