Previous Episode: An Interview with Anthony Epps
Back in 2004 Steve Richards started flipping houses and buying rentals while climbing the corporate
ladder. Within six months of doing deals, he quit his job and went full time in the business. After ten
years in the business, Steve had built a large turn key operation and done hundreds of deals. After some
deep soul searching, Steve realized he had built a business designed around what his clients wanted,
rather than a business that allowed him to serve others through his true purpose in life. It wasn’t an
easy road, and there have been lots of ups and downs – but now Steve has been able to redefine how
he does real estate and create a lifestyle business that is scalable and consistent.
