The Tim Corrimal Show

Episode 701 – June 18, 2023

On episode 701 of The Tim Corrimal Show, I am joined at the round table with Joe (Joseph Santorsa on Facebook and @[email protected] on Mastodon) from The Poorly Written Political Blog, Francie (@Francie57 on Twitter and @[email protected] on Mastodon), Seth (@SethP23 on Twitter and @[email protected] on Mastodon) from the VEGANesp Blog, and John Bridevaux (@BlueDotInTexas on Twitter and @[email protected] on Mastodon) from his awesome video blog A Blue Dot In Texas.

On the show this week we start out with introductions and the Social Media Friends segment, then John Bridevaux gives us another fantastic rant from his awesome video blog, A Blue Dot In Texas. Then we discuss clips of Bill Barr saying that if even half of the indictment is true that Trump is toast, Rep. Jim Jordan stammering all over himself to try and defend Trump, and Sen. Lindsey Graham clutching his pearls when George Stephanopoulos interrupts him while trying to deflect Trump’s indictment by talking about Hillary’s emails. Next we discuss clips of the Morning Joe crew calling out GOP support for a President who steals nuclear secrets, Jonathan Turley saying Trump could die in Prison if the prosecution proves just one count, Rep. Jamie Raskin mocking Speaker McCarthy’s argument that Trump hoarding documents next to the toilet was sufficiently secure because the bathroom door locks, and then Joe gives us another hilarious Clown Car Update with a parody version of the Trump Indictment. Then we discuss clips of Manu Raju reacting to the CBS poll on National Security concerns following Trump’s indictment, Jake Tapper calling Alina Habba’s statement outside the Court House as being a lot of crazy, as well as Tapper cutting away from Trump’s cheerful restaurant visit saying he’s turning it into a campaign ad. Next we discuss clips of a Trump fan breaking down sobbing over Trump’s arrest, Jen Psaki roasting Trump because nobody showed up to riot over his arrest, and we close out the show discussing a clip of the Morning Joe crew pointing out how the Trump team is deeply concerned because Trump can’t intimidate Jack Smith.
