On the show this week we start out with introductions and the All A Tweetie segment, then John Bridevaux (@BlueDotInTexas on Twitter) gives us another fantastic rant from his awesome video blog, A Blue Dot In Texas. Then we discuss clips of former GOP Governor, Christine Todd Whitman, calling out Republican leaders for the COVID outbreaks, Gov. Gavin Newsom calling out rightwing politicians and media for spreading Anti-Vax rhetoric, as well as Dr. Fauci explaining how the Coronavirus has changed causing the CDC to recommend masks in public for those vaccinated. Next we discuss clips of Rep. Steny Hoyer praising Rep. Liz Cheney and Rep. Adam Kinzinger after Rep. McCarthy called them “Pelosi Republicans”, former Sen. Claire McCaskill going off on Trump’s looney tunes speech in Arizona, and Reps. Green, Gaetz and Gohmert running away after hecklers shut down their press conference at the DOJ. Then we discuss clips of the testimony at the January 6th Select Committee Hearing, Eddie Glaude and Matthew Dowd’s commentary on the Hearing, and Newsmax’s Greg Kelly suggesting Capitol Police officer Harry Dunn was lying during his testimony. Next we discuss clips of Officer Michal Fanone sharing the voicemail message he received during his testimony, John Heilemann and the Morning Joe hosts calling out FOX News and other right wing media outlets for their coverage of the Officers testimony at the Hearing, and we close out the show discussing a clip of Rep. Tim Ryan going off on Rep. McCarthy for opposing the House mask mandate.
