Musician and DJ Rehana suffered a cardiac arrest out of the blue in her 20’s while exercising but survived thanks to the quick actions of strangers.

On this episode Rehana, now 31, talks to me about life after her cardiac arrest, living with an ICD, and how her experience has changed her outlook on life in positive ways.
