Zena Forster's life life was upended at age 60 when out of the blue she suffered a stroke. A year later, in the middle of the night, a traumatic heart attack would add to Zena’s troubles. On this episode, Bill Snaddon from the BHF hears her story of living with cardiovascular disease – and how Zena's strength, purpose and humour brought her back from the abyss.
