Joe Baxter's life was changed in an instant when he suffered a sudden cardiac arrest - aged just 24. He woke up in hospital weeks later to discover he had an inherited heart condition, arrhythmogenic right ventricular cardiomyopathy (ARVC).
In this episode, Molly Tresadern from the BHF talks to Joe about his physical and mental recovery, and how he manages living with his heart condition today.
