This then leads directly into how it was like growing up in financial struggle with an exclusive insight into his childhood and time growing up. Consequently, he then explains the violence in his life and how he told himself he would never use it at uni which he deemed to be his paradise 🌴. He also questions why the majority of people of whom he would encounter at uni thought they could fight 🥊. Following this, we get to understand the reasons he fully cut-out alcohol 🍻 including the cost, after-effects, his health and thought process behind it. We then get into a heated rematch between Shree and Hamish to settle the beef before finally ending the episode with a discussion on the important role sport has played for Hamish, including mental health aspects and how fun it actually is playing high intensity sports such as Floorball and Squash.
