Bonjour la classe! This week, the discerning drinking duo sip sparkling wines and Gallic giggle juice with the effervescent and legendary Marcel Lucont, a French comedian, poet, philosopher, raconteur, flaneur, inexhaustible lover and renowned wine expert. 

Amid erudite talk of women, Wetherspoons and where the British are going wrong, we host “The Battle of The Bubbles”, pitching the classic Taittinger Brut Reserve Champagne from La France against a “Blanc de Blancs” from Jenkyn Place in Hampshire.
