Welcome to episode 16. Ross is away living it up on a skiing holiday in Italy, when I say, holiday, I mean “working”. So you have me, James keeping you company. I’m not sure you are going to like my answer for the second questions but I will be honest with you, you had better be prepared to work your ass off and fail (remember, failing is how we improve).
