Mitch McConnell has proposed a new "Coronavirus Relief Bill" which would cut unemployment benefits in half, give no funding to cities and states, and provide no stimulus to Americans. The bill's primary focus is to shield corporations from liability for coronavirus, in other words, protecting corporations from hungry and homeless Americans.
